We got to make Biltong. If you dont know what Biltong is it a meat call Biltong. Beef Jerky is a diffident call for Biltong.

Biltong is a meat that you can make or buy. Most people like to eat biltong or beef jerky if you like that name.
will we had to make biltong with
-beef
-salt
-sugar
-knife
that's all the things that you will need to make it i will show you who to make it
- Wish your hands
- Wish your place where you're working before you work.
- Get all your things together
- Combine a small handful of salt and sugar mix then together for 1 mins.
- Sprink a pinch of the salt.
- Add the meat with the salt together but put a little bit of on your meat. (1 pinch)
- Then turn around the meat and get a pinch of salt and spread to the meat.
- Got get a peg and hook the meat somewhere cool or dry
- Let it dry for 3 days.
- Wish your hand at the end and wish where you are working.
