(Mental Heath Awareness Week)

 Te Whare Tapa Whā 

Today in hur 1 when got to learn  what is Wellbeing. 

Taha Wairua-Spiritual- This is who and what you are. Going to church, Pray, Meditate.

Taha Hinengaro-Mental & Emotional- It's about how you feel. Listen to songs, eat foods, read some quotes.


Taha Tinana-Physical Wellbeing- 
It is about how your body grows,feelings and how you care for it.

 Whenua-Land Roots- Cleaning our Land. 

Taha Whānau- Family & Social- is about how your make your family feel. Spend time with my family and get o know them more.
