Today i'm going to talk to you about my health class.
Yesterday we were learning about healthy meal plans and what is good to eat on a daily basis. We learnt that there are different things that you must eat to stay healthy.
To stay healthy you must eat breakfast lunch and dinner, and you must have protein carbs grans dairy fat vegetable and fruit, all of that can keep you healthy when you are growing.
Jhrnylle and I worked on a slide show that shows what you should/could eat for the week.
